You may pay your employees the hourly wage you want for Routine and Skilled Respite, provided it does not go over the maximum rate in the employee wage column.
The rates listed are an example of what you can pay and the cost to your budget. If the rate you want to pay is not listed, and is not above the maximum rate for the service code, you can calculate an approximate "cost to you," by taking the rate you would like to pay and multiplying it by 1.1355. The 1.1355 employer burden rate is achieved by adding all employer cost. 7.65% FICA Taxes .60% FUTA taxes, 1.25% State Unemployment Taxes, 4.05% Workers Compensation Insurance.
